VanderSpuy Cape Town formerly practiced as Van der Spuy & Partners, of Cape Town.

In the early 1970’s, Van der Spuy & Partners opened a branch office in Cape Town. In 1995 the Cape Town office became a separate independent law firm, also operating as Van der Spuy & Partners. In 1999 the firm became an incorporated company, Van Der Spuy & Partners (Cape Town & Bellville) Incorporated, and now practices under the name VanderSpuy Cape Town.

VanderSpuy has continued to flourish. The company operates from prestigious offices with ample parking in the heart of the CBD. We are within walking distance from the High Court of the Western Cape, Magistrates’ Court, Master’s Office and the Deeds Office.
